Welcome to the Division of Allied Health Sciences in the College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences at Howard University. Since 1974, the Division has provided challenging educational programs for numerous allied health professionals. As the first historically Black College and University to open a school of allied health, Howard University has produced over 2500 allied health professionals. Many are working as health care providers, researchers, educators, policy makers, and administrators in the U.S., Caribbean and Africa.
