Pre-Pharmacy College Admission Test Preparation (PCAT)September 13, 2007 Dear Pre-Pharmacy Student: Based on the request of the Pre-Pharmacy Club and other interested students, the Center of Excellence Program at Howard University, College of Pharmacy, Nursing and Allied Health Sciences would like to announce a Pharmacy College Admissions Test (PCAT) Preparatory Program available for a $400.00 registration fee of charge to all interested students. The PCAT is an admission requirement for students applying to most Pharmacy Schools. The PCAT consists of 5 sections: Biology, Chemistry, Quantitative Ability, Reading Comprehension and Verbal Ability. During the month of December, a PCAT diagnostic test was administered to interested pre-pharmacy students. As a result of the diagnostic test, a PCAT Preparatory Program has been developed and scheduled for September 22, 2007. Enclosed, please find the PCAT Preparatory Program Registration Form. The PCAT Preparatory Program is designed to enhance students performance in Biology, Chemistry, Reading Comprehension, Verbal and Quantitative Abilities. If you are planning to take the PCAT for the first time or to improve your scores this program will assist you in achieving your goal.
