studies for funding through thorough review;

To assure coordination of pilot and feasibility
studies with the Administrative Core.

Also, this Core convenes and provides oversight
to the Scientific Review Committee. The Core enjoys collaborative
and advisory relations to the other Cores through the work
of the Executive Committee.
